Located in NW Newcastle with good transport links, this three-bed house is brick-built, has a good size garden at the back and off street parking at the front. It sits on a quiet residential street. It is 10 minutes by car to the airport, the Metrocentre and to the city centre.

I have a good sized double bedrooms for rent. The kitchen diner, sitting room and upstairs bathroom are shared. Both kitchen and sitting room downstairs are dual aspect.

Bills are shared between the occupants of the two rooms (ie utilities, broadband, council tax , if applicable). I will pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the outside.

The house is privately owned. I have the small, third bedroom. I seek female lodgers.
