I have only signed my tenancy agreement for 17th September 2022 and have decided I don’t want to move anymore . It’s fully furnished and modern perfect for a student . It’s the last flat available able on a high floor with the view of the quayside and a 5 minute walk from the city centre. It’s perfect for a student who wants independence as there is no sharing with anyone else , other members on the same floor are very friendly .there is lots of on site amenities such as the gym , laundry room , social room and the outside areas .
