I am looking for a flat mate for the apartment I am currently renting in the centre of Newcastle.

The property is fully furnished and you would be able to use any of the appliances/amenities of the flat. The structure of the apartment is a large kitchen/living room area with a high ceiling and plenty of space. There are then two double bedrooms, and a shower/toilet room.

Benefits of the location include:
- 3 minute walk to Newcastle central station
- Proximity to town and associated shops

I would describe myself as a relaxed, clean and respectful individual who is very easy to get along with.
I do not have many people over but would have no issue with any prospective tenant doing so themselves.

The £500 pcm listed includes all rent and bills.
