I am looking for someone who can take over my tenancy from 1st July until 2nd September (2 Months) on urgency.

***As this is a student accommodation, so professionals are not allowed.***

Walking distance from Newcastle and Northumbria University, City center, Quayside, and Metro station.

Well connected with bus service.

There is a nearby Tesco express and Morrisons for daily groceries.

This is student accommodation. There are two Classic ensuite rooms with a shared kitchen in the same flat.

Rent: £99 Per Week for two months.
Before tenancy to taken over: Full rent to be paid to the Mansion tyne (i. e £792)
