The property has a total of 3 bedrooms. The principal room (BLUE) has amazing views to an open field and city/ river lights, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table, des and office chair.
The spare room (ORANGE) of only £175 could be an office/study or dressing room and is ideal for couples needing more space or for those working from home. It could also be used as a guest room and be rented jointly with you and your flat mate.

The third bedroom (RED) is also available for £10 less than the BLUE.

In more detail, you will be sharing a three-storey 3 bedroom terrace house fully furnished with modern items, large living room and equipped kitchen, situated in the lovely quiet residential cul-de-sac of St Peter's Court, off Walker road near the Quayside/St Peter’s Basin. The property has three rooms but is for a share of two bedrooms only with a spare room (orange room). Two-share means possible to rent to two individuals, two couples or one couple and a single person, with the third room available to rent by one room tenant or both. There is a bathroom (shared) and a wc, front and back yard and sunroom, an allocated car park space and plenty of off street spaces.

It offers great access to transport (buses to quayside / city, car and Byker metro) and the city centre. It is walking distance from the Quayside, St Peter’s Basin marina and the trendy Ouseburn area with a number of interesting bars and restaurants. For shopping I suggest Morrison's, Lidl and Newcastle Shopping Park with several major retailers or the city centre before an easy ride on the bus. Modern, clean and comfortable environment, well looked after space and very responsive landlord if you need a repair.
