Double room available in 3 bed house

I am looking for a short term house mate, possibly someone who is in Newcastle temporarily for work, or between residences. I bought my house in 2021 and have fully refurbished it.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables, set of drawers, curtains and TV.

Downstairs the house has an open plan kitchen and dining room with french doors to the garden, lounge with double doors to the dining room, utility room with a washing machine and dryer. There is a driveway to the front which is large enough for two cars, and bus links to Newcastle City Centre in under 10 minutes walk away. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a third room which is a study/art studio (dumping ground). There is a shared bathroom which was refurbished May 2025.

I work long, busy hours during the week so love to escape home. I love to get outdoors hiking and exploring, and occasionally my family dog may come for a visit before/after one of our hikes. I’m looking for someone who would respect and look after my house, and only looking for short term let’s due to enjoying my own space.
