We are looking for someone to rent this flat in The Forge on the Quayside (NE1 3AR). It is a great and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with huge double-glazed windows that bring a lot of light inside. Fully furnished with the internet bills included. Other liabilities are water, electricity and council tax (band C). With one of us working from home we pay around £30-£60pppm for the additional bills.

The accommodation has a 24-hour gym access (included in the rent fee), a dog playground and a communal area where you can study, work or chill with a book, board game or a free cup of coffee. There is a 24 concierge/security in the building.

Undergraduate students won't be accepted. The deposit is equal to one month's payment. To make a reservation for the flat you will be required to pay one week holding deposit. After completing qualification checks you would have to pay the remaining amount of the deposit (£245+£735).

Kitchen appliances: brand new washing machine, electric hob, dishwasher, boiler, oven, fridge and freezer.
