Newgate court - tenancy takeover

I am looking for a tenancy takeover from the 3rd of July 2023 to the 22nd of July 2023. Newgate Court is a student accommodation in the centre of Newcastle Upon Tyne. The room has; a 3/4 bed with under the bed storage, a wardrobe, desk and chair and en suite. The flat has a shared kitchen and living area. In the building there is a gym, laundry facilities, cinema room, games area, study rooms and common areas.
