The room to let is on the top floor located next to the bathroom. No other rooms on this floor, so ideal if you like privacy.

All bills included, including super fast WiFi, council tax and communal Sky Q TV. Aerial connection for a TV can be provided for your room on request and also a mirror. Food and drink is not included.

Regular local buses a short walk away. Metro centre is 10 minutes away by car. Ample parking.

Note that a Border Collie also lives here. If your allergic or do not like dogs, then this isn't the property for you.
