hi, relaxed comfortable setting, i am a live in landlady, no strict rules just compremise and respect. Rooms are clean and just decorated all with access to internet, you can bring own furniture or have it furnished, very easy going landlady but no party animals please, i have two dogs which are very friendly but do not have free run of the house, so wouldnt be a problem to anyone, i have even been known to help out a little with laundry, room worth viewing, friendly happy household.
