Me and my wife live in the property and we are both easy going and friendly people, we don't drink, smoke and are very clean and tidy. (Cleaner included once a fortnight)

If you love having your own peace and quiet with no hassle, this would be perfect for you. If you enjoy regular weekend parties, this may not be a good fit for you. The neighbours are all excellent with a real communal vibe.

Garden is huge, perfect for the summer and we have 3 spaces for parking.

The house has been beautifully decorated, it has three bathrooms, one on each floor (townhouse) + a large kitchen. We've had students in the past and truthfully we can't keep up, therefore we're ideally looking for professionals or post-grads.

All bills and council tax is included + high speed internet connection. We have a wifi mesh network within the house, so you'll always be connected. A cleaner comes to clean all of the property once a fortnight, that's already included in the price.

I have rented one of the two rooms for a period of 6 months. The house is overall perfect, both in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The landlord is so caring and for any bother, he’s always ready to help and support with anything. The house is in a great quiet location, 5 mins by car from 3 different supermarkets and the bus stop into town is just 2 mins away on foot. Overall, I have to admit it has been the best house I have ever rented, everything was amazingly prepared for me to move in.
