Studio Apartment in Newcastle (Glassworks)

hi, I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy of a Studio apartment at Glassworks student accommodation Newcastle upon tyne. 5-8 minutes walk to Northumbria uni. All bills inclusive, personal kitchen and bathroom with spacious wardrobes. I booked the room for September but i will not be staying there anymore so i need a replacement to take over the tenancy. It is a 51 weeks contract for 150 per week. Uk guarantor is required when paying in Instalment. Message me if you’re interested
