Room from 6th Sep lovely house Summerhill area

We have one of four rooms to let in a very large fully furnished house in the Summerhill Square conservation area. One large double room is available from 6th Sept until 31st March (and possibly longer). Just 10-15 minutes walk into town, and 10 mins to Central Station. There is also one double room and one single room (both occupied) which share a very large bathroom. Large living room, dining room and kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. It's a very comfortable house in a very central location. Secure back yard for bikes etc... Two men and one woman in their late 20s/30, live in the house.
