Single available lovely house Summerhill area

We have one of four rooms to let in a very large fully furnished house in the Summerhill Square conservation area. One single will be available 28 Nov until end Feb. Just 10-15 minutes walk into town, and 7-10 mins walk to Central Station. Large living room, dining room and kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. It's a very comfortable large house in a very central location. Secure back yard for bikes etc... Two professional women, and one man, in research at the University, in their late 20s, live in the house. All bills included.
