Hi I’m Pete, I’m looking for someone to share large comfy flat at St Peter’s Basin marina. The room is a large double room, looking directly onto the marina with en suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. The flat is very spacious with large living room and good kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine plus good size balcony for catching rays (sunshine not guaranteed).

Lovely quiet location with easy access to the city, next to the Ouseburn and Quayside and walkable into town centre or using the Q3 bus which goes into town then on through Jesmond and Gosforth.

Bills in addition to rent to be split 50/50 (under £200 a month each). I doubt you will find anywhere better in Newcastle for this price! Council tax D

As for me, I’m an easy going, clean and tidy professional. Looking for someone preferably a professional but the main thing is you are a nice person!
