Double bedroom in beautifully modern detached home

I'm looking to rent out a double bedroom in my three bedroom detached home, sharing with myself. The property is based on a beautiful newbuild estate in Callerton.

Rent is £800 per month including bills. (Council Tax Band D).
I'm a 36 year old professional who has worked in recruitment for the past 12 years. I live with my 4 year old Dachshund named Claude so you must be a dog person! He rules the roost :D

The house consists of shared kitchen and dining area complete with oven, fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. Shared living room with 50inch TV including Sky, Netflix and broadband. Downstairs toilet and storage.

The second bedroom is available for rent, a beautiful spacious room with lots of light. Double bed and drawers provided in addition to bedside tables.

The tenant would have full use of the main bathroom as I tend only to use the ensuite. Bathroom does not include shower but looking to have one installed asap so bath only for now.

There is also an office as shown however rarely used, mainly for storage and so happy for tenant to use as office space if required.

The property has a large back garden and garage which can also be used for storage. Parking is available on the roadside at both the front and side of the house.

I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays, in the office the other days, 9-5. I do lots of walking on weekends, mainly to the beach or up in Northumberland with the dog, enjoy meeting up with friends for brunch and have the odd holiday here and there. Love a wine night at home, big foodie!
