Double bedroom available, 3 miles from city centre

Just myself and my 2 French bulldogs living in the house.

I’m looking for somebody who is friendly, tidy/clean and easy to get along with. It gets quite lonely living alone so the ideal house mate would be someone who is sociable and wanting to live with someone they can enjoy spending evenings with. Essentially someone who I could consider a friend! (I’m definitely not looking to live with someone who I would feel awkward around) If this sounds like you then give me a message 😊

About me: I love to go to the gym, walk my dogs (at the beach in weekends) and cooking in my spare time. Whilst I am sociable and friendly, I also appreciate my own space and am very respectful of other peoples space too. I take a lot of pride in my home and like to keep it clean, tidy and presentable. So I would expect my house mate to have the same level of pride and respect for our home.

I have 1 Double bedroom available in this new build house in a development called ‘City Edge’. The property is located only 3 miles from the city centre and just off from the A1 motorway. The area has excellent transport links, both bus and metro, and is surrounded by a huge variety of shops and supermarkets in walkable distances, with Kingston park being only 1.5mile away.

Parking is available at the property. The house is fully furnished to a high standard including all your usual mod cons throughout the house. shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area plus French doors leading to a large back garden.

The bedroom available is equipped with large wardrobes. I am currently using it as an office so I got rid of the bed in the photographs, but I will buy a new double bed for you moving in, or you can bring your own if you like. Happy to provide bedside table etc too if desired.

I’m not in a rush to get someone in, so I’m happy to wait for the right person to share my home with as this is more important to me.
