Ensuite double room in centre - tenancy takeover

Hi everyone! My name is Amy :) and I'm currently looking for somebody to take over my current housemates tenancy, as they've unexpectedly needed to move out.

The flat is a 2 double bed apartment, both bedrooms have an en-suite. The one that is available also has a bath/shower. There's a shared open living room and kitchen, with a lovely balcony as well. The forge has a 24 hour reception, with a gym and communal spaces in a central location.

The rent is £660 per person per month, this includes broadband but doesn't include other bills. The council tax is band D.

A bit about myself! I'm a professional 28 year old female. I work from home (I have a desk in my bedroom so that's where I'll be if I'm WFH) but I also travel for work a lot and stay with my partner regularly.

I'm a sociable person who also enjoys their own time to recharge. I love cooking, going to the gym, I love the pub and watching rubbish reality TV. I'm also very respectable and like to keep a tidy household!

I'm looking for a female housemate who is also tidy, respectable and friendly :)
