Location couldn't be better 1 mile from the central train station and very close to two major metro stations and local busses galore. The A1 is only 1.5 mile away from the property as well. Lots of excellent transportation links.

University of Northumbria is 20 to 25mins walk maximum (5 min drive or 10 mins on bus) or 1.5 mile away, the business school is even closer 1 mile 15 mins walk. Newcastle university is around the same distance as Northumbria and finally Newcastle College is also within 1.5 mile.

Very safe area, quiet neighbors and parking in on street and free.

Supermarket (ASDA), shops, takeaways and corner shops galore all within 10 min walk. There is also a local gym very close by as well as dentist and doctors it's situated in a quiet street.

No Deposit I prefer the 8 weeks rent in advance instead.

I am ideally looking for young working professionals or respectable clean students only.
