I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 bed flat near leazes park. It is with two girls and one guy. Tenancy starts early september. Bills and rent are £128 per week. Must be a student due to it being a student house.

Kitchen, living room and bathrooms all shared areas. There’s another bedroom that’s sort of been converted into a walk in wardrobe/storage place for everyone.
About a 20minute walk to monument metro. Good bus stops outside house. 20mins to robinson library. 5mins to leazes park
