Single Room in Central 2 Bedroom Flat

Single Room in ground floor 2 bedroom flat in a quiet pedestrianised location in the city centre.

---The Room---

My current flatmate has had a change in circumstance so I am looking for someone to replace him in this two person flat.

The available room has a single bed and a wardrobe as shown in the picture. The bed can be rotated and placed along the back wall. I think it would be easier to fit a desk in if this was done.

The flat itself is in a great location (just behind the gate shopping center) and within walking distance to both Uni of Newcastle and Northumbria Uni. It's also close to both St. James and Monument metro stations, and it is next to Chinatown so there are loads of great food options! The area that it's in is pedestrianised (as shown in the photo).

For professionals, the council tax band is C.

---Current Flatmate---

You'd be sharing the flat with me. I'm a postgrad student at the Uni of Newcastle doing my teacher training for secondary maths.

I'm a clean and sociable flatmate, and I enjoy cooking (when I have the time!).

I love cycling, so I'll be storing my bike in the flat (you'd be more than welcome to do the same). I'm also like hiking, and since this is my first year in Newcastle I'm keen to get out and explore the local area lots. I also love music and going to gigs. I play the guitar, but only during sociable hours!
