City centre 3-bedroom flat share

Nice bedroom in a shared flat available on 1st of July. Very well located in city centre, next to Northumbria Uni, in between John Dobson Street and Northumberland Rd. Even though is city centre, the street is hidden, so is very quiet, no cars, or people passing, bars or any type of noise.

The flat is located in an small and recently built property, so is very modern and new. The landlord is nice and always helps with any problem that we could have. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en-suited) hence, no queues in the mornings.
The whole flat has a lot of big windows so is very bright and sunny.
The price is £536 per month, electricity and council tax. The first month rent would be £500 (£36 cheaper). You won’t find anything this nice for this price in city centre, honestly.

The other housemates are very chilled, sociable and respectful professional guys, very easy going, and clean. No smoking inside (both housemates are smokers though, they just go out).
