En-Suite Right Next To Philip Robinson Library

The en-suite is right next to Philip Robinson Library (2min walk), 5min walk to the main campus, 7min walk to Marks & Spencer.
There are 2 kitchens in the property, the tenants in this room will share the small kitchen with 3 other kind and nice roommates. You can use the washing machine, drying machine and dish-washer in the kitchen for free. There is a toilet in the room, you can take a shower in it.
The room is for students only. I will leave UK and am subletting my room. You can move in after Aug 18, My contract ends on Sept 7th, before that date, the rent is 120 GBP per week, bills included.
You can still rent the room for another year from the landlord if you wish, in that case, the rent will be 149 GBP per week (You need to sign a one-year contract.) If you want to rent the room together with your partner or friend, the rent may be different.
I have some tableware and cookware, a vacuum cleaner and some other stuff, you can keep them if you need.
