Double en-suite with parking

Double room available for short term stays in a comfortable shared home with one other(live in landlord).The double room has an en-suite shower and toilet.
I have a small beagle dog so you must be ok with that. Off street parking is available and there are several buses to Newcastle within three minutes walk. Share kitchen, main lounge and garden with me. About me- I am friendly with a young outlook. I enjoy a peaceful life and I am sociable with all kinds of people. I work in the NHS and in my spare time I like walking, yoga, sea swimming and art. I am a morning person so I prefer quiet after 10pm. I want to share with a female who is friendly, sociable, reasonably tidy and ideally does not work from home.
