The Glassworks Available In Newcastle

- TENANCY TAKEOVER FOR STUDENT ACCOMMODATION IN NEWCASTLE -
Plans have changed in studying in Newcastle due to being offered to study online. As a result, I need a tenant who will be studying in Newcastle in September to takeover the accommodation. The following room is provided by The Glassworks, a short 12 minute walk from Northumbria University and a 20 minute walk from Newcastle University, both great walking distances to get to either universities. The room has all basics a student would need including a double bed, desk etc, but also it’s own private bathroom and private kitchen which is a massive bonus for anyone wanting more independent living. The accommodation also has many communal areas to meet other students, including a cinema room and games room. Laundry is also provided through the accommodation. The rent is £189 a week, and is paid in three instalments throughout the academic year. This can be discussed further upon contact. Many students will be paying rent through their student loan and I advise that a student loan will definitely help paying the weekly rent. The accommodation will be ready to be moved in by the 14th September, until the 19th July, making this a 44 week contract, in which is the only 44 week contact the accommodation has available due to a massive amount of interest.
