- I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I would like to move back home.
- The studio is located in Newcastle city centre at CRM Student's Urban Study Melbourne Apartments complex.
- The type of studio is a premier studio.
- The room is avaible for a student or professional.
- The studio is available from 5th August 2024 until 14th January 2025.

The studio includes:
🛏 x1 double bed with underbed storage and a mattress,
🩷 x1 desk/table with drawers and a swivel chair,
🩷 shelves above the desk and bed,
📺 x1 tv,
🩷 x1 circular dining table with two chairs,
🛁 x1 en-suite bathroom,
🍛 x1 kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave, cupboards and a fridge,
🩷 x2 cupboards for storage,
🩷 On-site laundry (managed by Circuit),
🏋‍♀️ On-site gym,
🩷 Communal living room,
🩷 All bills (utility and broadband) are included except council tax*,
🩷 On-site parking**.

*Full-time students attending a university in Tyne and Wear do not have to pay council tax, however, professionals have to pay council tax. For a single occupancy, the council tax band is A and you are entitled to a 25% discount, just tell Newcastle City Council that you a single occupant when you register to pay for council tax.

**Parking is available on site, however, you have to pay extra as according to the contract, you are not allowed to apply for a parking permit to park on streets adjacent to the accommodation. So, I currently pay £73.71 a month, so my total rent is £823.43 a month. If you don't need a parking space, you will just pay the standard rent price of £736.67.
