Not currently living in this room but am a tenant for 2024/25. The room contains 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is shared but quite spacious with high-quality appliances, including a washing machine. There is also a seating area and a table to eat food, along with a TV mounted on a wall for entertainment. The room is part of a flat with other tenants.

Rent is £140/week, all bills included. The tenancy lasts from 7th September - 5th July.

It's only a 13-minute walk to campus and has a park, a few stores and some places to eat nearby. When I went for a viewing they told me that the landlord owns a gym and people living in the accommodation can contact him to get access to it. There is also parking available and a charging station nearby.
