The flat is part of The Forge and consists of 3 double ensuite rooms and a bright shared kitchen, living room and balcony.

Included in the rent: internet and access to all the amenities of The Forge (e. g. gym and fitness classes, bike storage, reception for parcel deliveries)

The rent is 597£ per month and includes the internet too. The water/electricity/council tax are not included in the rent (no gas, everything is electric) and more or less they are about 130£ per month (per person).
Therefore the total (=rent+internet+electricity+water+council tax) per month is around 730£ in summer (a little bit more in winter)
Deposit 597£.

The contract would start from 25th of August 2024 and run until 25th of August 2025 with the freedom of living the room after 3 months (upon finding someone who could replace you) and with a breaking clause of the contract after 6 months.

We are currently 3 young professionals (like most of the people living in The Forge). You will be living with my 2 lovely flatmates.
