Looking for a flatmate- double room city center

hiii i’m millie, i’m 25 & looking for a relatively normal person to take over my flatmates room from 24th August
It’s a 2 bedroom flat 4 min walk to central station, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & it’s own bathroom with bath and shower. kitchen has washer & dryer, large living room and i’ve lived here 3 years so it’s already kitted out w TV sofa’s etc
Can also provide a bed frame if needed :)

bills come to around £88 each p/m including wifi but i’ll have to fact check that

I work full time at a pub, more often than not i’m on early mornings. when i’m not working im usually just chilling at home & having a smoke (not in the flat)
it’s a joint tenancy so looking for someone similar in age & can have a good little laugh with, female or male idm:)
