Bedroom available in 2 bedroom flat

I currently live in a 2 bedroom flat in city centre and will have a room available from September due to my flatmate moving out. Its a double room with a fitted wardrobe and will come with a bed frame and mattress (brought brand new 4 months ago), you'll have full access to the main bathroom which has a bath and standing shower as I have an ensuite that I use.
There's a large living room with a sofa bed and a TV and access to the balcony.
The kitchen comes with a washing machine and dryer.
The flat building has a lift (prewarning, it's out of service quite often, but usually fixed pretty quick)
The current contract is till Feb 2024 but I will be looking to renew it

I work full time at a bar so I can be up and about at pretty unsociable hours but I'm not too noisy.
Always keen for a cheeky pint, n would like a flatmate I can hang out with.
