Double bedroom with own bathroom city centre

I'm Millie, im 25 and currently live in a 2 bedroom flat in city centre and will have a room available asap due to my flatmate moving out.

Its a double room with a fitted wardrobe and there's a bed frame and mattress in there but please let me know in advance if you have your own, you'll have full access to the main bathroom which has a bath and standing shower as I have an ensuite that I use.
There's a large living room with a sofa bed and a TV and access to the balcony.

I have 3 very fluffy guinea pigs whose cage stays in the living room
The kitchen comes with a washing machine and dryer.
I'm currently on a monthly rolling contract, energy bills are at £122 a month but anything not used is returned as credit, and wifi is £45

There isn't any parking included with the flat but you can get a permit from the council for the road outside or I believe theres some spaces in the building carpark to rent.

I work full time at a bar with shifts being anywhere from 6am starts to 12am finishes, I'm a sociable person but do enjoy my own time and tend to keep to myself when I'm home.
