Reliable Flatmate needed for lovely garden house

I live with my 2 kitties in Longbenton, 10min walk from the metro. The house is cozy and spacious with triple glazing.
It is renovated and in great condition, bright and sunny wirh more indoor plants and flowers these days.
There is no TV here and wish it to remain this way. There is fast Wifi.
One of my cats has asthma so we don’t use any scented products here. No aerosols, incense, spray bottles, chlorine cleaning, scented candles- you get the idea! We clean with ecover detergents and vinegar and this should remain as is in order to keep the environment clean of harsh chemicals for the cat.

I’m an early bird and like to keep active and busy in the mornings, whilst having more relaxed evenings in. All bedrooms are upstairs so you can have your peace and quiet while I’m busy downstairs in the mornings!
I work from home most of the time but I’m social and love to go out at every opportunity.
