I'm the current tenant of room 5, my contract is due to end in a few months but I'm looking to move in with some friends soon, so I'm looking for a new tenant to take over.
The flat is very good value for the rent. All bills included (including TV licence and council tax). It's a really nice, spacious double room, with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and bed. The house has 2 bathrooms, with a shower and bath, 2 refrigerators, a freezer, a TV (with sky), a gas cooker and oven, and a washing machine, all in good working order. There are plenty of windows so it doesn't get too hot in the summer, and the heating is really good for the winter.

The location has some nice perks, its in between a Lidl and an Asda, and there are multiple bus routes to the city centre within 2 minutes walk.

As an advisory, while I'm advertising the room and organising viewings, the new tenant will be organising the lease with the estate agent (Great North Lettings and Sales). If you're interested in taking the room, you have the right to rent property in the UK, and are employed or are a student with a UK guarantor, get in touch and I will pass your name, number and email address to the agent, they will take things from there.
