I'm looking to find someone to take over my tenancy due to me relocating. The flat has a really convenient location being on Chillingham Road which makes it amazing for public transport connections as its really close to bus stops and Chillingham Road metro, it is also well located for access to shops with a Tesco and Sainsburys approximately a minutes walk away and with many other shops and food places really close by. The flat itself is furnished, the bedroom includes the bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a communal kitchen with washing machine, a communal living room, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The flat is council tax band A, all bills are split equally between flatmates and are not included in the rent.

You will be able to move in from the 5th September, the current tenancy runs until mid-November however you will be able to renew the tenancy and stay longer if you wish.
