Cosy two bed house in ideal central location

Hi, I’m Jem!

I’m looking for someone to join the tenancy for this 2 bed house with me, as my current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

It’s ideally located, near newcastle uni and Leazes Park and Town Moor, with only a 15 min walk into town!

I’m looking to share with a female of a similar age to me (in 20s or 30s) who is likeminded and wants somewhere nice to live :) I like to keep the place tidy and cosy with candles, flowers, plants etc. so someone of a similar mindset would be fab! I have lots of hobbies like running, hiking, yoga, paddleboarding, sea dips, music, gigs etc. Someone with similar interests would be a bonus, but not necessary at all. I’m just not looking for someone who is still going out drinking every weekend as that’s not me! I do still like the odd glass of red wine or cocktails, but proper nights out are very occasional for me now 😅

I work full time at Newcastle Uni in the office. I’m not keen on having someone who wfh all the time, just as I think bills would get a bit crazy over winter, but wfh occasionally is fine :) I would need someone who was able to contribute to council tax too.

There is also a little yard which isn’t pictured, where you can hang washing.

Parking is available.

Furniture included in bedroom: bed, wardrobe, 1x set of drawers. (There is also a really big storage cupboard which isn’t pictured).

The desk and bookshelf downstairs is my housemates so that won’t be there either, but happy for someone to put another desk in place of that one or we can make use of the space otherwise :)
