Hi, I’m Kimberly! I am a 28 year old friendly professional who is currently renting a lovely top floor flat in Longbenton. My flatmate will be moving out at the end of our tenancy so I am looking for someone to move in with me :) The area is nice and quiet and I have lovely neighbours!
I am a sociable person and would be keen to socialise together but also enjoy my own company and space, and appreciate that you likely will too! I enjoy yoga and going swimming and to the sauna/steam room. I also love walking! I am not a big drinker and appreciate a quiet house. I am very clean and tidy.
Rent split equally would be £312.50 each per month. Bills ( council tax, gas and electric, super fast wifi and water) would be around £200-250 a month on top of this. I am looking to live with a professional who I can trust to pay the bills on time.
