I’m 24 years old, graduated last year in marketing and business at Northumbria University. I am now a homeowner and I have two large rooms available! Im half Turkish and half English. I love cooking, watching tv, going to the gym and travelling!

It’s me & my mum living in property. My mum is super chill, she’s a cool mum! ( Like Regina George mum haha!)

I’m looking for someone who’s in there last year or master/phd student or has professional job. If you’re looking for a roommate to have drinks with, I’m totally down for that, but wouldn’t like too much partying around house as my mum is a NHS worker and does night shifts, it’ll bother her sleep! Just want a super chill, relaxing, mature & roommates that I get along with.

I’m working full time & so does my mum, so this house is perfect if you want peace of mind, quietness and just focus on your studies.

I have a Oak room & White room

-Both have double bed
-Own TV
-Desk & Chair
-Space to hang and put clothes.
-Bills included (This includes WiFi, gas & electric)
-You will get a starter pack which is a washing basket and clothing rack
- I have washing machine, dryer in my house, you will share fridge with your other roommate, me and my mum have our own.
-Loads of space!! We have a garage and you have plenty space in your room!
-BUS STOP is really close & really close to town, 15 minutes away!
