12 minutes from the city centre, 20 minutes from Newcastle University and 10 minutes to Northumbria University, this student-only room will provide a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair along with the benefit of having your own vanity sink in your own room. The kitchen, lounge and bathroom are shared within the 5-bedroom flat. A launderette is also available elsewhere on-site.

All rooms are inclusive of all bills and 100mb of WiFi.

There is also a game room, gym and launderette on site for free use. Parcel handling services, maintenance and on-site management teams are also available. Parking is also available for students to park their cars. Near the accommodation, there is a grocery store, a few places to eat and a church.

Rent is £121/week and tenancy lasts for 44 weeks, starting from the 7th of September to the 12th of July 2025.

I believe staying here is worth the price. Newcastle is quite an expensive city for a student to reside in and this room is one of the cheaper ones available. The flats are also of good quality and the games room has a good amount of entertainment. The gym is not that big but has pretty much everything to cover all of cardio and weightlifting.
