New House Mate For City Centre Apartment

Hi! My name is Emma, I am 31 years old from Northern Ireland living in Newcastle. My current housemate has just bought a house and is moving out at the start of November and I am looking for a new house mate to fill her room.

I live at the Forge apartments which is located between Newcastle’s Quayside and the city centre. (3 min walk from Central Station!) I have lived here for nearly 3 years now and it is brilliant! Our apartment is modern and spacious, with an open plan kitchen/dining space. We have access to resident facilities such as a lounge, co-working booths a meeting room and a gym, which is 24 hour! Your room is furnished and has a double bed and an ensuite.

Living at the Forge feels like a community as all of the neighbours are very friendly and the property management often host social events for us all to meet and catch up.

The Forge also provide us with free wifi which it is great because it is one less bill! I am happy to discuss bills/rent

I travel a lot with work and so I am away a lot (which means you get the place to yourself when I am away)
I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean and doesn’t mind a glass of wine (or two!) I love cooking and being able to come home to a relaxed environment.

Sadly as much as I love animals, this is a no pet apartment.
