1 bed available in a 2-bed shared lat from September, with an existing tenant. The room comes with a bed and 2 wardrobes.

You will also have access to a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen has induction stoves, a fridge, an oven, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There is only one bathroom, which would be shared.

The rent includes: council tax, electricity/water bills, and broadband.

The flat is located in a beautiful residential area at St Peter's Basin, very close to the town and quayside. The bus stop is right outside, and you can reach the town within 10 minutes. Quayside is also about 15-20 minutes walking distance. If you enjoy walking/running, you also have easy access to Hadrian's Way, which connects to Tynemouth.

I am the current tenant, a friendly and professional lady who loves travelling, photography and is looking for a flatmate with similar vibes. Happy to accept working professionals and mature students who are responsible and considerate to those also living in the house.
