Double Bedroom in terraced house

Hi! I’m Freya,

I have a double room available in my 3-bed house on Croydon Road, Fenham (council tax band A). It’s just me at the moment, I use the other bedroom as an office. I have a Kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room so there's plenty of space.

The rent is £550 (including bills). The room is equipped with a king-size bed (with storage drawers), wardrobe, side table and mirror.

I'm a full-time circus artist studying for a master's in Production Management. So my working hours are a bit odd but still sociable.

I have a dog called Cali, she's a 3-year-old standard poodle, very friendly and thankfully not very loud.
