Tenancy take-over for en-suite room (tax band A)

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the rest of the year (until July 12th 2025). It is an en-suite room with a small double bed. You would be in a flat with two males and two females. Barker House has students from both Newcastle and Northumbria but it really does not matter which university you go to. The rent is one of the cheapest you’ll find in Newcastle student accommodations with an ensuite. It is a lovely accommodation, I have stayed there throughout my undergrad but want to move home now for personal reasons. The reception team are brilliant and will sort any issues straight away.
