Northumbria student only, Tenancy takeover

Hi, im looking for a full time northumbria student to take over my tenancy contract as I am leaving university. If you would like to see the property please visit northumbria’s accommodation page and search for Glenamara House. Moving in will depend on how long it take to find someone to takeover. You will be sharing the flat with 2 boys and 3 girls, sharing 2 toilets and 2 showers.
Rent is paid until the 15/1 and rent in total is 3773.25 paid in two instalments and moving out date is on the 10/7. A communal space is available with a pool table aswell. It is located in council tax band B, however university student are exempt from paying this. If you have any questions please contact me. Thanks
