En-suite room at Portland Green Student Village

The room is part of a flat managed by Abodus Student Living. So you have 24 hour security and access to eg communal area with large tv, pool table, table tennis , study pod, gym , laundrette etc.
Tesco Express is within a stones throw.
The room is one of six en-suite rooms sharing a well equipped kitchen and lounge area on the top floor of Bryson Court. So no noise from tenants above you! And there is a lift if you don’t fancy the stairs ……
The other five flatmates are all university students. Four first years and one international student ( 2 females and 3 males) . Ages approximately 18-20 years.
The room has a bed ( with storage space underneath) wardrobe, desk , private en-suite shower room with loo and wash basin.

Portland Green Student Village is for students only. It is handy for both Northumbria university and Newcastle university.
Deposit is not required. Photos are of similar flat and kitchen area. Sorry don't have own photos because already vacated room and re registered at a university closer to home. So the room is available immediately.
