The girls currently living in the flat would prefer a female flatmate.

- Internet paid up till march.
- All bills (excluding council tax) are split between the three residents. And are currently less than £100 per month.
- As the girls in the flat currently are students , a non professional would need to contribute to council tax. The rent would therefore be £530 (to include council tax).
