En-suite room at Oxford house student accom

Due to having to drop out of uni I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my en-suite room at Oxford house student accommodation Newcastle. £190 a week en suite room, 4 all male flatmates, who are very nice, friendly and always keep the kitchen clean, private room and bathroom but shared kitchen. The accommodation has a shared communal area, cinema room, gym, garden and pool table. My rent is paid for until January so until the end of January there will be free accommodation, after the end of January it’s £190 a week. Available immediately and contract ends at the end of July.
