Time: New Year's Day (1st Jan) to early Sept 25th. However, move-in time is negotiable, a few days earlier is fine, but if a few days later, you may have to further negotiate exactly how many days. The move-out time is the uniform move-out time of the flat. However, this rental period is already fixed, and no negotiation of monthly cuts will be accepted, nor short-term rentals.
Location: NE12JB (owned by united student), ten minutes from Northumbria University, twenty minutes from Newcastle University, twenty-five minutes from the Business School, fifteen minutes from the city centre and eighteen minutes from the train station (all walking distance).
Condition of the house: six floors, two huge windows, good view, neighbours are very nice, no hidden dangers of any kind (noise or renovation dangers or whatever). The windows don't face the street and are super, super quiet when closed.
Facilities: gym, laundry room, etc. All the facilities you need in a student house.
How to sublet: Personal sublet, I'm not an agent, it's the house I'm living in now. The cost of the house to sign a contract with the flat, and then directly to the flat, is to go official.
