Hi! I’m Christine and Marykate and I are looking for a new flatmate as our friend will be moving out to go travelling on the 4th of March.
We’re currently renting through a small family owned letting agent so they are attentive when we need things fixed.
About us:
We’re friendly people, we both like netball, swimming, watching TV and going out for food. We’re working in full time 9-5 jobs on the weekdays.
We like to keep the flat clean and tidy so ask that you are also a clean person as well please.
About the flat:
- NE2 Sandyford area close to Jesmond, Heaton, Ouseburn
- City centre is a walkable distance
- On street permit parking
- Upper floor flat of a terraced house
- Furnished
- Washing machine
- 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub
- Small shared outdoor space
- Double bedroom
- Bills not included in rent we pay them separately for around £120 each/ month (electricity, water, wifi, council tax)
Looking for:
