I'm 24 years old, graduated last year in marketing and business at Northumbria University. I am now a homeowner and I have one large rooms available! Im half Turkish and half English. I love cooking, watching tv, going to the gym and travelling!

It's a 4 bedroom house, there's me and two house mates that are living in the house! They are super nice girls

I'm looking for someone who's in their last year or master/ phd student. If you are not a student that's fine but rent will be £650p/m including council tax & you will need to show you work.

If you're looking for a roommate to have drinks with, I'm totally down for that!
I'm working full time, so this house is perfect if you want peace of mind, quietness and just focus on your studies.

-BUS STOP is really close & really close to town, the bus stops outside of Northumbria university!

Tenancy will start after 24th of February.
