Takeover in Leazes terrace double bedroom

My contract ends this August but I will be moving out on January 27th ( moving into a flat with my boyfriend) . Lived here for 2years, very happy with the flat and flatmates ( not a lot of people use kitchen but all of them clean up after themselves, people keep to themselves as well, no house parties, so I would recommend this flat for a person who would like a quieter flat). It’s a big room with 3 huge windows, a desk, double bed, shower and bathroom. Flat has two washers/ dryers that are free to use, this flat is professionals preferably. All bills included (council tax as well) . No mold, there is a cleaner for the kitchen but our kitchen does not even need cleaning, it’s an older house - walls a bit thicker, meaning you can’t hear your neighbours even if their are listening to music. Everything will be included in the flat except the mirror ( I’m more than happy to sell it for 200£ and just leave it in the flat if you’re interested, I payed 500£ for it). Looking someone to take over from 30th of January or from 1st of February. It’s a takeover so you will need to get in touch with agency and go through their check.
