if you are from Northumbria University and looking for good-quality student accommodation, you can take over my tenancy from 13 th January to July 2025.

Bills and Wi-Fi are included.
Shared shower and shared kitchen.
Furniture room.
Lift available.
Common room, social hub, games room, and laundry on the base floor.
