UPDATED AD- Double room available

It is in a 3 bed house sharing with only me, I use the third bedroom as wardrobe space which you are welcome to share. There is 1 bathroom which is also shared.

The house is located a 5 minute drive to the Metrocentre, 15 minute drive from Newcastle City Centre (traffic dependant) and just up the road from the A1 so has good links and public transport.

I met my current flatmate on SpareRoom and have become great friends so I would love to find someone again who is not only a housemate but is happy to socialise, as well as have time to themselves. I would like someone who is respectful and tidy but will also make themselves feel at home. Ideally not someone who works from home or does night shifts as I work varied patterns so often on my days off I like to complete DIY projects and wouldn’t want to disturb anyone sorry!
