Room For Doctors

FOR DOCTORS WORKING IN THE NORTH EAST REGION

I have a double room in a cozy 2 bedroom 2 restrooms house (Fairly New Built).
I am also a doctor working in the NHS so I will be away most of the time.

I will be working in a different city starting from August and will be staying away most days of the week so you will have the whole house to yourself technically. I am only keeping my room so that I don’t have to move my stuffs out of the house (cause that’s a pain ) .
You can have the rest of the house as much as you need .

Bills will be included for WiFi Electricity Council Tax , you don’t have to pay extra as long as the bills are reasonable for single person usage .
I will be providing monthly cleaner to help clean the house but if you need more frequently , we can discuss that.

15 mins commute to the city centre
5 mins to get to A1 (very accessible for someone who is commuting to hospital/clinic in other city/town)

Would suit more for someone who is looking for a place for temporary stay due to rotations (1-12 months )rather than someone who would like a long term permanent home .
